Can I really skip or pause whenever?
Yes, one tap in your customer portal. No phone calls or rude emails. Skip this week, pause for a month, or cancel entirely. We'd rather you subscribe only when you want a box than fight to keep you.
What if I don't like one of the greens in my box?
Swap it. Every week, you can customize your box from the current week's harvest. Swap kale for buttercrunch, arugula for romaine, or anything else we're growing! If something still isn't right when it arrives, tell us and we'll replace or refund it.
When do I get charged and when do I get my box?
You are billed based on your frequency, so weekly - weekly, monthly - monthly, etc. Your card would be charged on the Thursday of that week. Deliveries happen on Thursday afternoon, or you can pick up your order at our farm Thu-Sat.
What if I'm out of town?
Skip that week. You can skip as much as you like just through the portal or through a quick email.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade from The Staple to The Family Pack when the kids start eating more. Downgrade to Starter during a vacation month. You can simply add or remove greens as well!
What actually comes in each box?
Whichever greens, microgreens, and herbs you pick! You can select "Farmers Choice" for the surprise, but if you hate kale you shouldn't ever receive it as a surprise!
